about us
We don't replace your supermarket. Webringittoyou.
Since 2014, we've been pairing Italian families with a personal shopper at the store they already trust. This is who we are — and why.
The hidden cost of grocery shopping
12345678thousandhours of your life, spent doing the groceries.
Nobody bills you for it, so nobody counts it. Count it:
- In the aisles ~ 30 min / trip
- Getting there and back ~ 15 min / trip
- Parking, queueing, unpacking ~ 10 min / trip
- At three trips a week 140+ h / year
- Over an adult lifetime ≈ 8,000 hours
That's more than a year of waking life. Even counting only the aisles, it's nearly five thousand hours. We exist to give them back.
The manifesto
Some companies want to replace the supermarket. We'd rather set it free.
The best grocers spent a hundred years getting good at one hard thing. Then the internet handed them a second — a country's worth of doors, a delivery network no single store could ever build alone. And a third, hardest still: an online store and an app that have to feel as good as the best thing people used all day — and keep feeling that way, year after year. None of it was the job they signed up for.
So we took it off their hands. They stay great at grocery. We take it online, make it travel, and keep it current.
And someone walks the aisles for you now — a real person, with your eye. They pick the tomato you’d pick, for your table, not the one the shelf is trying to lose.
The store you trust, brought to your door. Nothing changed but the distance. Your time, given back — one trusted aisle at a time.
Amiamo farti la spesa.

Purpose — why we exist
To give people back the time the weekly shop takes — and the life that comes with it.
Mission — what we do
Connect the store you trust, a shopper who cares, and your door — so every step happens for you, not to you.
How Everli works
A three-sided marketplace that turns trusted stores into online ones.
Supply
The retailer
90+ of Italy's leading retailers. Their shelves, their catalogue, their brand — now online.
The platform

The family

More than 2,000 independent Shoppers, choosing your produce the way you would— in the store you trust.
We pay a wage you can live on. We pay when it's quiet. We pay when you're sick. We built the system to protect people — not police them.
From the Alps to Sicily, one platform stitches the country together.
Everli brings the supermarkets Italians already trust online — their shelves, their brand — and carries the weekly shop to families in every region it reaches.

Our evolution
2026, 2024, 2020, 2014
A new stage. A new platform launched, rebuilt from the ground up. 8M+ deliveries across Italy, 2,000+ shoppers, 90+ retail brands — and an upcoming listing on the Nasdaq.
A new owner. Everli joins Palella Holdings. A new owner, and a new ambition for Everli's next decade — Italy first, then wherever a great supermarket needs a way to your door.
The country stays home. Overnight, the weekly shop changed for everyone. More families, more retailers, more of Italy reached — and became Everli.
Born in Verona. Founded as Supermercato24, with one idea: bring the supermarket home — without changing a thing about the store people already love.
The people
Built by people who take the shop personally.
The team steering Everli — and behind them, the 2,000+ shoppers who are the heart of every order.

What we believe
Three things we won't compromise on.
01
Every order is personal
Groceries aren't a parcel. Every order is someone's dinner, someone's week, someone's mother's recipe. We treat it that way.
02
Good work, fairly paid
Our 2,000+ shoppers have a real job — union-backed, fairly paid, and covered when it counts. Treating people well isn't a cost. It's the product.
03
Trust is borrowed
Families lend us the trust they place in their supermarket. We earn it back on every doorstep, every time.
Wherever a great supermarket needs a way to your door.
We believe people should fall back in love with their weekly grocery shop. That is why we are building a grocery experience across Europe that consumers love and trust.
